Hours/Weeks: 35 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (term time only)

Contract Term: Fixed term period to cover maternity leave

“Pupils are happy and enjoy coming to school. They know that staff care about them and have high expectations.” Ofsted Inspection Report (March 2020) We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant, on a fixed term contract, to join our friendly and welcoming office team.

We are located next to the A10, very close to the M25 and near British Rail stations. The successful candidate will be based in our busy and fast paced office. If you have the following qualities, please consider joining our team.

  • flexible and adaptable
  • highly organised and able to multi-task and use own initiative
  • have excellent computer skills (literate in Word, Excel and Google drive)
  • have knowledge of PSFinancials and ScholarPack (desirable but not essential)
  • able to work as a proactive member of a team  work hard and have strong inter-personal and communication skills
