Asset Management 

Our Asset Management Service includes:

  • Working in partnership with the Headteachers to manage all aspects of the school including upkeep care, maintenance, security, health and safety and facilities management
  • Ensure that the school meets its statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Managing refurbishment, expansion and other building advancements 
  • Completing bids for grants and capital funding opportunities 
  • Developing, procuring and implementing building projects and acting as a Project Manager for the school 
  • Working in partnership with other stakeholders/partners; other professionals i.e. surveyors, architects and contractors on behalf of the school
