Fern House School is a special school for pupils aged 7 – 16. We promote and adopt approaches based on attachment theories and neurobiological research to provide our pupils with a supportive framework, which allows them to be heard and understood safely. Our highly adapted curriculum ensures that all pupils can engage in learning and achieve something to feel proud of.
We are looking to appoint a dedicated and inspirational Assistant Headteacher – Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator who will be responsible for providing professional guidance and support to our staff to attain improved and sustainable standards for SEND pupils. This exciting role will form part of our new Senior Leadership Team, who will be involved in the strategic direction of the school.
