Salary Scale: £20,446 pro rata which is Band A Minimum of 19 and maximum of 23 hours per week x 52 weeks
Hours: Hours required are 1.00pm to 5.30pm Mon to Thursday and 12.30pm to 5.30 pm Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Delta Primary School for a Non-Residential Assistant Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will need to be flexible, well organised and willing to become part of a friendly, welcoming workforce, which supports the needs of each child within the school. We are a small nurturing school with a staff that work closely together to provide an outstanding environment for children to learn.
The key responsibilities of a assistant site manager are:
• To be responsible for the health and safety of the school as well as having an awareness of health and
• To ensure the premises are secure
• To repair, decorate and ensure the general maintenance of the school site
• To supporting the smooth day to day running of the school and to carryout daily cleaning of the school
The ideal candidate should have the abilities to:
• Work independently as well as part of a team
• Use their initiative to respond to a range of challenges
• Balance their workload, prioritising tasks and organising their time effectively
• Communicate positively with all stakeholders: pupils, parents, staff and Governors
• Good ICT skills would be an advantage
