An exciting opportunity has arisen at Hazelbury for a Deputy Site Manager. In this role you will be supporting the Site Manager in the maintenance and security of the school premises. The ideal candidates must be flexible (as every day is different), adaptable and hard working.  You will need to be a well organised person who can work independently and as part of a team. You need to have good practical skills, as well as the ability to communicate well with others.

Our grounds include multiple buildings as well as an expansive outdoor area that incorporates a farm, pond and orchard on site. We also have our very own minibuses, which all staff have the opportunity to be trained to drive. You would be part of the site team, working across the site, and play an integral part in the responsibility for health and safety across the premises.

We have embedded values across the school for all staff and children and our ethos of wellbeing is of paramount importance. We promote a healthy work-life balance and support staff to feel heard and valued. All staff are given access to Perkbox- an app that provides discounts on many high street chains. We provide staff with well-being days, an attendance reward scheme, as well as giving all employees access to a support hub. Hazelbury has its own staff gym on site, as well as access to yoga sessions for all staff.
