The Enfield Learning Trust is looking for an enthusiastic and inspirational Human Resources Officer to work as part of a proactive, innovative and responsive Human Resources team in a growing Multi Academy Trust. The central Human Resources team are based at Hazelbury Primary School along with our Asset Management and Finance teams.
The Enfield Learning Trust was set up in 2016 and was convened to build on the excellent partnership already established across the three founder schools and to open the door to other schools who share our passion to make a difference to the lives of young people and believe that this happens when there is effective collaboration between schools. There are currently seven schools within the Trust.
The Enfield Learning Trust is innovative and draws upon the best practice from local, national and global research. We recognise that our schools all serve their own communities and are unique but we also insist that our schools follow Trust ways of working which ensure that there are high expectations and equality of opportunity for all our pupils.
As a HR Officer you will work under the direction of the HR Business Manager and Senior HR Officer to deliver a professional HR administration service. Responsibilities will include coordinating the recruitment process for both teaching and support staff, administering monthly absence returns and dealing with day to day enquiries on employment related issues.
In line with recent legislation, applicants must have a command of spoken English that is sufficient to effectively carry out duties of the role.
