Actual Salary Scale:      Scale 5.12 – 5.17 (£21,018.75 - £22,980.40 p.a inclusive)

Hours:                               36 hours per week/39 weeks per year (term time + 5 INSET days)

Grange Park Primary School is seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Learning Coach to mentor and support pupils in order to create a stimulating and supportive environment. The role requires an inspirational and enthusiastic practitioner who enjoys working as part of a dedicated team and has a passion to excel the learning of children across the school.

  The successful candidate will be required to work across a range of year groups where necessary.  If you:

Grange Park Primary School is rated as ‘good’ by Ofsted.  Our school is set in the heart of Winchmore Hill, has been recently refurbished and has extensive grounds, which include a large playing field, four playgrounds, an allotment area and a fire pit.   Children are happy and enjoy school, parents support the school and their children, and staff are friendly and hardworking.

The successful candidate will need to be reliable, flexible, well organised and willing to take an active role in all aspects of school life.  You will need to work independently and as part of a team and have the skills to build positive relationships with children and colleagues.  

Proven skills in Early years and education based childcare qualifications (e.g. CACHE Diploma in Childcare and Education) would be desirable.

In line with recent legislation, applicants must have a command of spoken English that is sufficient to effectively carry out duties of the role.
