Chesterfield Primary School is looking for enthusiastic, inspirational individuals, who enjoy working as part of a dedicated team and want to develop their skills in a school environment. We are looking to appoint a Learning Mentor who is committed to working with children with social and emotional difficulties in order to help overcome barriers to learning. You will need to be a well organised person who can work independently and as part of a team and have the skills to build positive relationships with children and colleagues.
Children at Chesterfield are engaged with a creative curriculum, which encourages pupil voice. We have embedded values that ensure resilience and independence and we aim to build valuable learning skills for life.
We understand how important it is for staff and children to have access to modern technology, which is why we are a resourced Apple school. All members of staff are provided with iPads to enhance learning.
