Chesterfield is a two-form entry 3-11 primary school in Enfield. We are a fully inclusive school with two ARPs for children with autism. Our school has excellent facilities for children with SEND, including lovely outdoor areas, a soft play and sensory room. We have wonderful children at our school who have a real enthusiasm for learning. We have high expectations and aspirations for our children and for each other, which are tangible in and around our school. We do not put a ceiling on achievement and the warm and positive ethos means that children can thrive.

We are looking to appoint an excellent teacher and experienced SENDCo or SEND practitioner with the drive and vision to match that of our dedicated senior team, staff and governors. The successful candidate will lead, co-ordinate and evaluate SEND provision in our ARPs and across the school to secure quality first teaching and excellent learning outcomes for all pupils.

We are proud to be part of the Connect Education Trust, a partnership of successful schools in Enfield, North London. Collaboration and support are embedded in the culture of our schools and we are able to offer opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust in order to develop innovative teaching practice to create remarkable futures for all pupils. Staff are the vital ingredient for us and our commitment to the wellbeing and development of staff at all levels is a fundamental priority. Therefore, we provide opportunities to ensure we value their hard work and dedication and promote a healthy work-life balance. We are constantly reviewing our practices to ensure that our staff can focus on what matters: providing a rich environment in which children can learn and thrive. We can offer:
