An exciting opportunity has arisen at Delta Primary School for an outstanding Teaching Assistant. As a Teaching Assistant you will be supporting the class teacher working with the whole class or smaller groups to ensure all children reach their full potential. The ideal candidates must be flexible (as every day is different), adaptable and very hard working.  You will need to be a well organised person who can work independently and as part of a team and have the skills to build positive relationships with children and colleagues.

We understand how important it is for teachers and children to have access to modern technology, which is why we are a resourced Apple school.

Our school is part of the Enfield Teaching School Alliance. We are strongly committed to providing high quality professional development for all our staff.  As part of the Enfield learning Trust, we are able to offer opportunities to work in collaboration with colleagues.  The wellbeing of our staff is an important priority therefore we provide opportunities to ensure we value their hard work and dedication.  As part of our wellbeing package, all staff are given access to discounts at major retailers through Perkbox.
