Working For Us

Thank you for your interest in working with us at Enfield Learning Trust.

We are a family of schools set up in 2016 led by a National Leader in Education (NLE) Sarah Turner. The trust was convened to build on the excellent partnership already established across the three founder schools and to open the door to other schools who share our passion to make a difference to the lives of young people and believe that this happens when there is effective collaboration between schools.

We have a motto across our trust ‘be included’ which describes our ethos and vision.

The Enfield Learning Trust is innovative and draws upon the best practice from local, national and global research. We recognise that our schools all serve their own communities and are unique but we also insist that our schools follow trust ways of working which ensure that there are high expectations and equality of opportunity for all our pupils.

We provide quality training and development for staff and as we are part of the Enfield Learning Trust, we are able to offer significant opportunities for career progression and professional development. We also offer dedicated planning and preparation time with additional time for Newly Qualified Teachers.

The wellbeing of our staff is an important priority therefore we provide opportunities to ensure that we value their hard work and dedication. As part of our wellbeing package all staff are given access to discounts at major retailers such as Cafe Nero through Perkbox.  With easy access into central London, our schools are ideal for candidates wanting to live in either inner or outer London or Hertfordshire. Teachers are provided with iPads and/or laptops to use at home and school.

We do not have any vacancies at present, but please check back for future opportunities.

Application packs can be found using the menu to the right. If you have any queries with regards to vacancies, please do not hesitate to contact our Human Resources team on HR@enfieldlearningtrust.org.

Please take a moment to read our Safeguarding Children and Safer Recruitment Policies which are attached below.

The Trust is committed to the fair treatment of its staff, workers, potential staff/workers and users of its services regardless of race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origins, religion or belief, age, disability, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, social, marital or civil status, pregnancy or maternity reasons, having responsibility for dependants, Trade Union involvement or any other grounds irrelevant to the role or service in question. Similarly, the school will not treat unfairly, or discriminate against, anyone with a criminal record.  Having a criminal record does not mean that an individual will automatically be prevented from obtaining employment or working in this school.

The Trust has a ‘Policy Statement on the Recruitment of Ex-Offenders’ which is available on request. The Trust also adheres to the principles of the Disclosure and Barring Service Code of Practice. Applicants are made aware of the Code, which can be located at
