Thank you for your interest in working with us at Enfield Learning Trust.
We are a family of schools set up in 2016 led by a National Leader in Education (NLE) Sarah Turner. The trust was convened to build on the excellent partnership already established across the three founder schools and to open the door to other schools who share our passion to make a difference to the lives of young people and believe that this happens when there is effective collaboration between schools.
We have a motto across our trust ‘be included’ which describes our ethos and vision.
The Enfield Learning Trust is innovative and draws upon the best practice from local, national and global research. We recognise that our schools all serve their own communities and are unique but we also insist that our schools follow trust ways of working which ensure that there are high expectations and equality of opportunity for all our pupils.
We provide quality training and development for staff and as we are part of the Enfield Learning Trust, we are able to offer significant opportunities for career progression and professional development. We also offer dedicated planning and preparation time with additional time for Newly Qualified Teachers.
The wellbeing of our staff is an important priority therefore we provide opportunities to ensure that we value their hard work and dedication. As part of our wellbeing package all staff are given access to discounts at major retailers such as Cafe Nero through Perkbox. With easy access into central London, our schools are ideal for candidates wanting to live in either inner or outer London or Hertfordshire. Teachers are provided with iPads and/or laptops to use at home and school.
